Welcome to our Environmental Services Division! We offer a wide variety of industrial cleaning services. We specialize in areas such as line flushing, heavy sludge removal and confined space operations for tank cleanings. Our Super Vac Truck is able to process both wet and dry materials simultaneously, so the job is completed quickly and without operator error. Disposal is done safely, on or off-site, by experienced professionals. We work with the local landfills and most regional waste water processing facilities. No one in the region is better prepared to find a cost effective solution to your waste problems.
Currently, most municipalities are not equipped to handle grease trap waste produced by virtually every commercial food prep facility. The alternative to disposal at a municipal facility has always been to land apply the waste materials directly onto a farmer's field. However, this method produces several concerns. Wet weather can prevent timely service, possible negative impact on the soil (smell and soil quality), and problems that could arise with the EPA. We have developed a simple, cost effective method to handle kitchen grease. The solids are simply removed from the liquids through a filtering process. The collected solids are allowed to dry and are transported to an acceptable landfill. The liquids, which are free of grease and solids, are disposed of at a municipal, liquid waste treatment facility. We protect the environment by not disposing the grease waste on a farm and don't have to rely on dry weather to dipose of the waste.
Got Dust? Build up on rafters or floors? Our super-vac has a 4-stage filtration system that allows for zero emissions when vacuuming materials even as fine as dust. Just imagine a 45,000 lb shop vacuum with enough power to vacuum 2" stone several thousand feet and then you will have a pretty good idea how the system works! Whether it is cement dust, PVC dust, fly ash, or sawdust, sand, or even stones or roofing aggregates, we have cleaned it all!
Taylor's has the capability to clean even the most difficult pipes. With a combination of high vacuum and line flushing equipment, it is possible to clean conduit pipe runs exceeding 2000 feet without digging up the lines. We are also able to clean catch basins, U-drains, storm drains, pump chambers, wet wells, etc. Taylor's is prepared to clean even the most complex of storm water managemenct systems. With our municipal type Cactor, Taylor's can flush lines as well as remove and properly dispose of the debris that prevents systems from working properly. We also provide debris rmoval, manhole installation, pressure washing of tanks, and heavy sludge removal. Regular maintenance is key to preventing costly clean-outs at inopportune times. Therefore, Taylor's is available during your shut down periods to avoid disruptions in production or service. Preventative maintenance is every bit as important for your waste system as it is for the care of your company's manufacturing equipment. Basically, if it can be cleaned, Taylor's can do it!
Does your waste transporter provide Nutrient Management Plans for the fields where your waste is being disposed? Conceptually, the plans are simple. Nutrient levels of materials such as Nitrogen, Potassium, Pot Ash, and Calcium cannot exceed certain levels in given fields. The theory is that excess amounts of any nutrients do not benefit the soil or the crops and eventually run-off into our waterways. This is of particular concern to all areas that are part of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Taylor's has developed a system, the Lagoon Batch Method, that reduces the impact of individual wastes, thereby helping to stay in compliance with nutrient management laws. With Lagoon Batch, your waste is mixed with millions of gallons of other approved food waste and manure in various lagoons. Once broken down, the waste is applied to a network of different fields throughout a network of different farms. The entire network is monitored to ensure compliance with strict standards, established by Taylor's.
Don't take chances! Never underestimate the danger presented by a particular confined space. We have performed over 100 confined space operations and can do your job quickly, safely, and efficiently. Once we remove the waste, wet or dry materials we can pressure wash the walls of your tank. Taylor's has many years of experience working in confined spaces. Let us do your dirty work. We have the right equipment and the proper training to ensure that the job is done correctly, quickly, and that everyone makes it out safely.
We handle over 6.25 million gallons of waste liquids per year! Oils and oil/water mixtures, process waters, waste waters, petroleum waste, etc. We can safely and efficiently handle your oily waste removal. Whether it is a liquid or a heavy sludge, we can handle the cleaning and the transport. We can handle any non-hazardous liquid, sludge, or solid. We have the experience and knowledge to ensure that your waste is handled properly and cost effectively.
With several tractor trailers on the road and a 6,500 gallon capacity super light vacuum trailer, Taylor's is ready to meet your bulk transport needs. We transport stone, sludge, sewage sludge, process waters, oil/water mixes, contaminated soils, and any non hazardous liquid, sludge, or solid. We have the experience to ensure that your waste is handled properly and cost effectively.
